License Grant

This Commercial Source Code License (the "License") grants you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the SaaSBoostKit source code (the "Software") subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Compile and Build: Create unlimited binary executables and applications from the source code
  • Modify: Modify the source code for your internal business use
  • Deploy: Deploy applications built from the source code commercially
  • Create Derivative Works: Develop derivative applications for personal or commercial use
  • Internal Distribution: Distribute compiled applications within your organization
  • Commercial Use: Use the Software in commercial products and services

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Resell Source Code: Sell, lease, or otherwise commercialize the source code itself
  • Redistribute Source Code: Distribute, publish, or make the source code publicly available
  • Open Source: Release the source code under any open source license
  • Sub-license: Grant sublicenses to the source code
  • Competing Products: Create competing SaaS products that include our source code
  • Source Code Distribution: Include the source code in any product you distribute

Third-Party Dependencies

This Software includes third-party open source components licensed under the MIT License and other permissive licenses. These components are:

  • PocketBase (MIT License) - Database and backend framework
  • Stripe Go SDK (MIT License) - Payment processing integration
  • SvelteKit (MIT License) - Frontend framework
  • Svelte (MIT License) - UI framework
  • Additional MIT-licensed dependencies - Various supporting libraries

Important: You must comply with the license terms of all third-party dependencies. The MIT licenses of these components require that you include the original copyright notices and license text in any distribution of your compiled applications.

Attribution Requirements

When distributing applications built with this Software, you must:

  1. Include the original copyright notices for all third-party MIT-licensed components
  2. Include the MIT license text for all third-party components
  3. Clearly indicate that your application was built using SaaSBoostKit
  4. Include a statement that SaaSBoostKit source code is proprietary and not included

Intellectual Property

  • The SaaSBoostKit source code remains the exclusive property of SaaSBoostKit

  • This License does not include technical support
  • Updates and new versions are not automatically included
  • Support services may be available under separate agreements

Termination

This License terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must:

  • Cease all use of the Software
  • Destroy all copies of the source code
  • Remove the Software from all systems and applications

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SAASBOOSTKIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SaaSBoostKit is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

License Compatibility Verification

This commercial license has been carefully designed to be compatible with all included third-party dependencies. All major dependencies use MIT licenses, which are extremely permissive and allow:

  • Inclusion in proprietary software

The only requirement is maintaining copyright notices and license text for third-party components, which is standard practice and does not conflict with our commercial restrictions on source code redistribution.
